Paul Reitmeier
President and CEO
Mr. Paul Reitmeier is President and CEO of Time Domain Inc. Mr. Reitmeier joined Time Domain in March 2008 to lead and accelerate the company's entrance into the commercial Real Time Location Systems (RTLS) marketplace. Prior to Time Domain, Mr. Reitmeier held, over a seventeen year period, a variety of senior, chief executive, and board positions at Siemens AG and its US subsidiaries in the high technology sector. He possesses broad industry experience and insight as gained through his leadership roles in both product and services business units/companies within the consumer, enterprise, and service provider markets. Mr. Reitmeier began his career in high technology with Motorola Communications & Electronics in sales and sales management. He later held senior and executive management responsibilities at NEC Corporation and Inacom Corporation. From his early career years Mr. Reitmeier developed a strong bond toward his customers and partners, which he still practices today. Mr. Reitmeier earned his Bachelors degree from Gonzaga University and has attended executive development and assessment programs at Siemens (Germany) and Duke University (North Carolina).
Larry Fullerton
Founder and Chief Scientist
Mr. Fullerton founded Time Domain in 1987 and used his inventiveness, skills and experience to advance UWB technology and help the company grow. He earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas. Mr. Fullerton is a world-renowned inventor who continues to play an integral role in developing modern UWB. Mr. Fullerton is named as a co-inventor on over 150 UWB patents and pending patent applications (both U.S. and foreign). He is recognized as an international expert on UWB impulse radio and radar and has been featured in national media including The New York Times, USA TODAY, Discover, U.S. News and World Report and other publications. Mr. Fullerton has published a number of technical papers, and has presented his findings at key technical conferences.
Greg Clawson
VP Sales and Marketing
Greg Clawson joined Time Domain in 2007 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In his role, Mr. Clawson is responsible for deploying Time Domain's technology and products world-wide by developing new market initiatives, establishing partners and channels for market deployment, and securing new business opportunities. Under his leadership, he has driven over $100 Million in high technology sales for a broad range of industry solutions in the retail, healthcare, wholesale warehousing and Government space. These solutions have included supply-chain visibility, personnel and asset security, asset management and retail sales. Mr. Clawson joins Time Domain from Motorola, where he successfully led the industry leading RFID sales strategy at Motorola's Enterprise Mobility Business. In the last 4 years, he has led his teams to triple digit sales growth, culminating in the industries two largest RFID acquisitions, the Symbol acquisition of Matrics in 2004 for $230 Million; and the $3.9 Billion purchase of Symbol by Motorola in January, 2007. Mr. Clawson brings a broad set of experiences managing both direct sales and world-class Value Added Reseller (VAR) channel strategies. His education includes an MBA from the University of Dayton and a B.S. in Logistics Management from Park University.
George Stefadouros
Chief Financial Officer
George Stefadouros joined Time Domain in November 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. In his role, Mr. Stefadouros has overall responsibility for finance, business administration and information technology. Mr. Stefadouros is also tasked with the strategic planning process of positioning the company for growth, fundraising, partnership deals, and for maximizing shareholder's value.Prior to joining Time Domain, Mr. Stefadouros spent a majority of his career in the telecommunications industry, most recently as Vice President and CFO of Siemens Home & Office Communication Devices LLC (SHC), a Dallas-based subsidiary of Siemens. In his capacity as CFO, he was charged with leading the day-to-day operations of the company, in addition to managing the NAFTA P&L, Supply Chain Management and IT departments for the company. Prior to Siemens, Mr. Stefadouros served as Vice President and co-founder of Gwynn Group Inc., a software development firm specializing in creating "smart" applications providing business intelligence to enterprises, and as Capital Manager with TCI for the Chicago Region. Mr. Stefadouros holds an MBA from Boston University, and a B.S. in Marketing and a B.S. in Finance from Babson College.
Adrian Jennings
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Jennings guides R&D of Time Domain's UWB products, and is responsible for defining technology and product strategy and roadmaps in order to meet worldwide market demand. He drives product development partnering activities, and assists the sales team with commercialization partnering. He also has key input into product development programs including market research, competitive analysis, and requirements definition. Prior to joining Time Domain, he was a member of the UK's Defense Evaluation and Research Agency attached to the US Missile and Space Intelligence Center. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Physics from Oxford University.
Barron Hammock
Director, Production and Ops
Barron Hammock is responsible for production and operations where he oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes and technologies and ensures effective use of materials, equipment, information systems, and personnel to produce on-time quality products at a minimum cost. Barron will also help optimize products for volume manufacturing and transition them to an outside CM. Barron joined Time Domain from Avocent where he was Strategic Supply Chain Manager overseeing their Digital product line, grossing ~100M in sales last year. Barron also served on Avocent's core team to design and implement SAP, the world's largest ERP software system, as their multinational business solution. Prior to Avocent, Barron worked for ADS Corporation, a ~60M in sales world leader in comprehensive collection system diagnostics and engineering services, as their Director of Manufacturing. Barron has a B.S. in Business Administration.
Jennifer Goodman
VP, Human Resources
Ms. Goodman serves as Vice President of Human Resources, a position she has held since she joined the company in 2000. Ms. Goodman establishes strategic corporate human resource standards, defines organizational structure, oversees employee compensation and benefits, and, most critically, focuses on employee recruiting and retention. In addition to her human resources responsibilities, Ms. Goodman handles all public relations matters for Time Domain. Prior to joining Time Domain, she held the position of Director, Human Resources at ADS Corporation. In this position she managed human resource issues and infrastructure for its global operations. During her nine years at ADS, the workforce doubled to 550 employees. Before joining ADS in 1991, Ms. Goodman held several human resource management positions at Marriott Corporation, the Pillsbury Company and GTE Corporation. Ms. Goodman earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
Rachel Reinhardt
VP, Engineering
Ms. Reinhardt is VP of Engineering and leads the company's engineering resources for contract and product related development. She is accountable for developing the company's technology roadmap, achieving contract and product revenue, assisting the Business Developers in growing the contract base, and program prioritization for core applicationsall commercial and government programs. Additionally, she is responsible for and establishing, planning, and administering resources, budgets, policies, goals, and profit and loss for all engineering activities. Rachel has worked in various engineering and management positions with Time Domain since joining the company in January 1997, and has played a primary leadership role in helping Time Domain and the UWB industry gain FCC approval in 2002. Ms. Reinhardt graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).

Kneeland Youngblood
Kneeland Youngblood, M.D. is co-founder and managing partner of Pharos Capital Group, LLC. A physician by training, Dr. Youngblood has extensive experience in health care practice, policy and business. He was twice appointed by the President of the United States to the Board of Directors of the U.S. Enrichment Corporation, a global energy services company supplying utilities around the world with low level uranium. Dr. Youngblood also has served on the Board of Trustees for the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, an $85 billion pension fund to which he was appointed by Governor Ann Richards and confirmed by Governor George W. Bush.
Scott Gould
Mr. Gould was appointed a director of the company in 2004. He has extensive experience in the public and private sectors and has particular strengths in finance, management, leadership, partnering relationships and interaction with senior policy-makers, government and regulatory authorities. Mr. Gould currently serves as Managing Director of AVA Partners - a consulting firm serving clients in the federal government and private sector. Mr. Gould graduated from Cornell University in 1979, received an M.B.A from the University of Rochester in 1985, and obtained an Ed.D. in Administration and Finance from the University of Rochester in 1987.
Robert Crants
Mr. Crants is a principal of Pharos Capital Group, LLC, the general partner to Pharos Capital Partners, L.P., a venture capital fund based in Dallas, Texas, that provides growth and expansion capital to developing companies in the underserved markets of the Southeast and Southwest. Previously, Mr. Crants was with Goldman Sachs, where he was a founding member of the Special Investments Group, and was active in the development and marketing of proprietary equity derivative products, equity private placements, and merchant banking funds. Mr. Crants graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University in 1990 with an A.B. in Economics. Mr. Crants has been directly involved in private investment activities for over 13 years and serves on numerous privately-held Company Boards to include Ionosphere, Inc., SmartDM Holdings and Ascendant Media.
Will Webb
Will joined Time Domain in August 2000 as a senior vice president charged with synchronizing government operations in TDC's new Washington, D.C. office. By January 2001, Will's extensive leadership/management background earned him responsibility for all of TDC's government/defense business development, and he formed and led a division of the company focused on engineering development. In April 2003 Will was put in charge of all TDC operations, and led the company to record annual revenue. Mr. Webb graduated from the U.S. Military Academy with a B.S. in General Engineering, and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining TDC, Colonel Webb served twenty-eight years in military leadership positions, highlighted by eight years in command assignments. His units were recognized for several Army level professional excellence and leadership awards. Will also served as a White House Fellow in the Executive Office of President Reagan, Senior Military Fellow at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies, Legislative Fellow and Congressional Staff Officer in the Office of the Secretary of the Army, Associate Professor of Management at the U.S. Military Academy, and Legislative Director for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Thomas Saponas
Mr. Saponas is currently retired from Agilent Technologies and is active in local Colorado Springs, Colorado nonprofit work. He also serves as a Director for Procera Networks, a level 7 switching and protection company in Campbell, CA.; and nGimat, a nanopowders and coatings company in Atlanta, GA. From 1972 until 1999 Mr. Sapanas was employed with Hewlett Packard Company as a General Manager and Vice President among others. From 1986 to 1987 he was a White House Fellow, Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Navy.
Dick Reeves
Dick Reeves is the CEO of BizTech, Huntsville, Alabama's technology-focused business incubator. In this capacity he has been responsible for guiding the development of more than 40 startup and developmental stage technology companies since 1997. In the past he was co-founder and CEO of General Digital Industries, Inc., and a principal, board member or advisor to numerous other Huntsville area technology businesses. Mr. Reeves serves on the Huntsville Industrial Development Board, the board of the Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce, and is chairman of the Huntsville Committee of 100, a group of 125 CEOs, business owners and professionals that is active in area economic development and political affairs.
