PLUS Synchronization Distribution Panel

The 6-Port Synchronization Distribution Panel (SDP) is a core component of the PLUS Real-Time Location System (RTLS) and provides timing synchronization and power to the network of PLUS readers. The SDP also passes tag location information from the readers to the Location Software PC/server over the Ethernet Local Area Network.

The 6-Port SDP includes 6 pairs of “SYNC OUT” and “LAN IN” ports, and each “SYNC OUT” port can provide timing synchronization for up to six readers (36 total) and power for up to three readers (18 total).
