Time Domain is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our growing team in the role of Sales and Marketing Administrator. Excellent organization skills, common sense, and the ability to handle multiple projects with a positive attitude are key attributes that will ensure success in this position.
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, to include the following: process/ log incoming leads, respond to customer inquiries, generate quotes, and assist customers with the ordering process. Perform regular maintenance of sales data in company’s customer relationship management (CRM) software and other internal reporting mechanisms. Conduct surveys of existing customer base and solicit prior contacts to identify new sales opportunities. Manage logistics of company trade shows and events, including assessing and targeting shows and conferences, reserving booth space and purchasing booth furnishings and services, operating demonstrations, and interacting with booth visitors. Conduct directed market research and build lists of key decision makers in industries and sectors relevant to company’s business objectives. Perform general office and administrative duties, including preparing/shipping documents, supporting sales/customer meetings and internal team meetings, and other duties as assigned.
Applicant must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy the challenges of a dynamic work environment. Successful candidates should possess excellent written communication skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree preferred, however non-degree candidates who have an interest in technology and experience dealing with the public are also encouraged to apply.
